These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and the operator of the m9999 platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://m9999.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on m9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending winnings upon detection of duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. 4.4 Account Currency

Users may manage their account balance in the currency designated at the time of registration, which may include Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency selection may be subject to operator configuration and may not be changed after registration. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be applied at the Operator's stated exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The Operator is required to verify the identity of Users as part of its commitment to fraud prevention, age verification, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. KYC verification may be required before or after the first deposit, and is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Required Documents

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is the standard acceptable document.

5.2 Document Integrity

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The required rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period will be specified in the promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The Operator prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once, placing opposing bets to eliminate risk whilst meeting wagering requirements ("bonus arbitrage"), and systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to void associated bets and promotions, forfeit bonus balances, and close affected accounts.

8.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect an offer already accepted and in progress by a User in good standing.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet is placed after an event has started without in-play designation, or where bet acceptance would result in a disproportionate liability to the Operator.

9.2 In-Play Betting

In-play bet acceptance is subject to available liquidity and market suspension windows. The Operator is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or amending in-play bets.

9.3 Obvious Errors

Where a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), the Operator reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the User's account, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

9.4 Game Outcomes

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A User is identified as being under the minimum age requirement;
• A chargeback, reversed payment, or disputed transaction has been initiated;
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy;
• A court order or regulatory requirement mandates closure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to the User's breach, the Operator may withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Operator without User fault, Real Money Funds (net of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method.

14.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is confirmed, you must withdraw any outstanding Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe, the parties may agree to refer the matter to a recognised independent dispute resolution body as applicable under the Operator's license terms.
